Room fit checks

A room fit check helps determine whether one of the three base tiers is appropriate for a customer's room. It is not a guarantee of approval, availability, pricing, or install timing.

Monthly plans

Starting prices shown on the site are placeholders until final terms are published. Final pricing should identify the tier, minimum term, included support, applicable fees, return policy, and upgrade policy.

Support and maintenance

The site positions support as part of the plan. Final terms should define covered issues, excluded damage, response expectations, and customer responsibilities.
